POLICIES:
Pomegranate Place takes great pride in its beautiful historic home and gardens. We are located in the 7th Avenue Historic District of Denver atop Capitol Hill, surrounded by old mansions and densely populated high-rise condos and apartments. Because the properties surrounding Pomegranate Place are largely residential, it is imperative that we respect our neighbors and treat Pomegranate Place as well as we would treat our own homes.
Please leave the space you use in as good condition as you found it (or better!) This means disposing of trash, replacing chairs and tables, and turning out lights if needed. If guests move outside, please ask that they keep voices low, especially in the evenings. No smoking is allowed inside Pomegranate Place.
