Introduction to Transformational Breath | |||
Join Natalie Gentry, Transformational Breath® Trainer, to learn about this innovative breath technique. This class will include a discussion on the History of Transformational Breath®, the benefits of breathing more efficiently and effectively on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level, and will include a short breath session. Do you recognize breathing as an active moment? Our pets breathe fully into and out of their lungs for maximum oxygenation. However, 80% of humans breathe between 25-30% of our total lung capacity. Stress, anxiety, and tension cause restrictive breathing patterns. We also inhibit our breathing with counterproductive habits like consciously holding in our bellies to appear thinner. She has practiced Massage Therapy since 1998. In addition to offering Relaxing and Deep Tissue Massage, Natalie is certified in Maya Abdominal Massage (including Spiritual Plant Healing), Prenatal/Post Partum Massage, Nia, and private and group Transformational Breath Facilitation.
